Our First Single! What Did We Learn And Where Do We Go From There?

Hi Majesties, your favourite angel is back with a new monthly blog! Last month we finally released our first single GIRLS LIKE NO OTHER, yay! (Thank you once again for streaming on all of our platforms by the way.)

Today I want to talk about what that experience brought us and how we intend to work from now on.

First and foremost, this was a very fulfilling time for Ray and me. Since we became a duo, we’ve finally been able to start working for real and give ourselves goals that we ended up achieving. Releasing more than one original song a year in a single album format was one of them. We truly had the feeling that we accomplished something, and we want to make music to reach that specific moment of accomplishment and success of “Yes, we did that and now we can do even more, even better.”

To know that this is just the beginning for us is actually very exciting and we’re looking forward to see how far we’ll go together.

Also, thanks for the feedback from some of you. We’ve been able to get a more precise vision of our strengths as a duo. We really don’t want to let you down, so it makes us feel great to know that you appreciate our efforts and give us your honest and constructive opinions to let us grow as artists. Sometimes you guys even notice things that we don’t see ourselves, your presence in our journey is literally so precious to us. It helps us even more to believe in ourselves and in the fact that there are people out there who can truly resonate with us and our music.

To be honest, we are already thinking about our next single, the theme, how we’re going to put everything in place. We learned from GIRLS LIKE NO OTHER and I feel like our next single will be even better than the first one. We also intend to communicate more with you, Majesties, because we noticed, thanks to GIRLS LIKE NO OTHER, all the positive effects of interacting with you and sharing our gratitude. That’s why we’re also putting things in place to be more present on your social media feed (you’re going to see us more often).

Radium and I have a pretty good feeling about how things will be in the future. Before GIRLS LIKE NO OTHER, we still were asking ourselves, “will we ever make it?” But now, we just want to enjoy the journey, believing in ourselves and our potential. Hence, we’ll exploit all of it!
