I start February’s blog post with an apology. February ended on the 28th. It’s March 7th as I write this (March 9th as I publish it).

I know, how dare I be late in posting this! I hope you will find it in yourselves to forgive me. I humbly, humbly apologize.

Jokes aside, I do apologize. If you didn’t know, I’m not only working full-time but also a full-time student in grad school, and around the time the blog should’ve been out, I was drowning in schoolwork. I survived, though I left my will to live behind. If you find it, send it at the address at the end of this blog.

Now, onto the subject! February is Black History Month, and to celebrate the richness of Black people’s history, we covered Beyonce’s Black Parade song. It was our first duet, it took a lot of work but it pushed us to the right direction music-wise. For March, you can (maybe) expect a cover from yours truly but I’d tell y’all to keep your eyes wide open for April, May at the latest. We’re diving right in our artistry!
